types of emotions overview

TE= Trapped Emotion. A ball of energy that gets stuck in our bodies due to an emotional reaction and are not fully processed. The age listed is the age you trapped the emotion, give or take a year.

Inherited emotions are passed down through DNA from our ancestors. They do not know they are passing these things down to us. These emotions tend to be major events in an ancestor’s life. When we clear from you, they get cleared from anyone involved who may have inherited the trapped emotion (and are willing to let go), including the ancestor who trapped it, and any of your descendants who may have inherited it. It is cleared whether the ancestor is alive or has passed on.

Preconception trapped emotions are emotions we have before we are incarnated. This can be our time in the in-between space; between lives or during a past life. Often, we are unsure about our mission here on earth, even before we come, and many times we are nervous about coming into a human body. Human school is the toughest school there is, and so there are often reservations

Shared trapped emotions are ones we share with others. Two or more people experiencing the exact stimulus/event at the exact same moment, having the exact same emotional response. When we release it from you, it gets released from those you’ve shared it with, if they are wanting to subconsciously release it.

Prenatal trapped emotions are either created by you in utero, or absorbed from someone else while in utero, most of the time your mother, but can be from someone else too.

Absorbed trapped emotions are emotions that we have absorbed from someone else during that person’s emotional event. This person may or may not have trapped the emotion themselves. I release with the intention of releasing it from the originator too.

Compound trapped emotions are multiple emotions trapped at the same time. There are usually two, sometimes three or more emotions that get trapped simultaneously, and become one single ball of energy. Like red and yellow paint making orange, these become their own unique vibration.

HW= Heart-Wall. These are fortresses we put around our hearts so that we cannot get hurt repeatedly. Often, they are for a good purpose, but then stay in place, which creates a dumbing of our emotions and a lack being compassionate towards others. Heart-Walls are usually 40-50 emotions thick, but vary depending on person and age. The subconscious mind randomly chooses these emotional energies to use, like Legos, to build the wall with, however they are not necessarily chosen because they reflect a major emotional event.
