THE EMOTION CODE

The Emotion Code is a way of releasing trapped emotions, a.k.a. emotional baggage from the body. This technique was developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson over a period of 20 years in his chiropractic practice, working with his own patients. It is a non-invasive, extremely private way to release emotions without needing to relive the original experience, or even talk about it. By using your own body as the message relayer, we ask questions to your subconscious mind which answers with a yes, or no through muscle testing. Think of it as a Google search or 20 questions of your subconscious mind. By releasing these emotions that become lodged in our systems, we can relieve pain or symptoms that have manifested themselves in a physical, emotional or psychological way. This also creates an opening to allow traditional western, herbal, homeopathic, or all types of therapy to work more efficiently, bringing our bodies back into balance.

When I work remotely (my preferred way), the energy is being released in real-time. I send you an email at the end of the session, so you can see what things have been released. This is an after note, as the energy is already shifting in your body. I have been working with your subconscious mind, and it’s supplying me the information I need. I only receive minimal info, just enough to be able to release what wants to be released. Often that means an emotion and an age. I take a very ethical stance in my work, and I never pry, unless your subconscious mind needs you to have more information. There is nothing to be done on your part, which is what makes it such an amazing and appealing modality.

This is something that you can learn to do yourself, and I highly encourage everyone to use this as part of their spiritual maintenance routine. The book The Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson is sold through Amazon, local bookstores and can be found at your local library (if not, have them purchase it.)

Sessions are $30, releasing approximately 10 trapped emotions. I offer a 15-20 minute phone/zoom conversation, if you would like, to meet me and talk about my work and your needs.
