A Recipe for Manifestation

Manifestation is a great tool to keep in your back pocket, but there are a few tricks to make it work better.

The first is to visualize what you want to manifest. Close your eyes and imagine yourself in the desired situation. The smells, sights, noises, and especially your feelings, are all important things to note. This is the way to open the portal to the manifestation.

Secondly, get a pen(cil) and paper and write down what you have seen (imagined), but in doing so, use the present tense, like it is happening now. Include everything about the situation, and get as specific as you can. The more information you can give to the Universe, the more it can do for you. Include your feelings on this page and the happiness you have in your heart. Don't go in half way, dig deep. During no part of this exercise should you have a feeling of desperation— only gratitude.

And speaking of gratitude, you can show appreciation for what it is you want by using the term “I love that…”. For example, “I love that I don't need to worry about money, and that my bank account is always full.”

Thirdly, once you've written it down, make time (1 - 2 minutes) to visualize it everyday in a quiet, grounded space. Make sure it is in the present tense with your positive emotions inserted. At the end of your visualization, express gratitude for getting whatever it is you want. The trick is, because of the Law of Attraction, what we feel we already have will come to us like a magnet. This also applies to what we feel as though we are lacking in.

Our intentions always need to be out of love and never malicious, but we can visualize anything we want to have in our lives, and doors will open in front of us. Many manifestations come with some work, but this work is welcome because of the end result. And sometimes things manifest in ways we did not envision, which just means the Universe is looking out for us and one way is more preferable over the other.

All it takes is a few minutes a day, a little imagination, some focus, and a whole lot of gratitude. This is a recipe worth trying out.✨
